Ms. Nilima acquires a Master's degree in Social Work in 2023. 14th November is her birthday and since her childhood on that day she always used to see many patriots and celebrities spend their time at the orphanage and any other possible area of children and donate clothes, money, and so on. That’s how her interest has grown over the years on social work. Her academic journey at Vidyasagar University unveiled the vast spectrum of possibilities to extend support to those in need. Through theoretical exploration and practical engagement, she delved into the complexities of social welfare. Her dissertation, "Amalgamation Probability of Old Age Homes and Orphanages," epitomizes her commitment to innovative solutions. Moreover, her internship at the Welfare & CSR department of ECL, Coal India, provided invaluable hands-on experience in navigating the intricacies of social development initiatives. This journey fuels her dedication to creating a tangible impact in the lives of marginalized communities.
