Position Overview: We are seeking a committed Programme Manager with a background in early childhood care and counselling to lead our programs. The manager will ensure all activities comply with our Child Safeguarding policies and uphold children's rights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide the team in programme implementation and ensure compliance with Child Safeguarding policies.
- Develop training materials and monthly action plans.
- Compile team reports and communicate with donors.
- Coordinate with the finance team for budget and expenditure tracking.
- Mentor the team on ethical practices and ensure policy adherence.
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required. Familiarity with MIS/reporting tools is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in early childhood care and counselling (minimum 1 year).
- Leadership experience in program management.
- Strong understanding of Child Safeguarding policies.
