We’re seeking a skilled videographer to capture the transformative impact of the “Empowerment of Women & Children in vulnerable Communities” project in Giridih & Koderma, Jharkhand.

What You’ll Do:

  • Film inspiring stories of change across health, education, and livelihoods.
  • Capture interviews with beneficiaries, community leaders, and project staff.
  • Showcase the journey from challenges to betterment in 30 villages.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in producing short documentaries or promotional videos.
  • Strong storytelling and editing skills.
  • Ability to work in rural areas and interact with local communities.
  • Quotation and GST no.

Deliverables:

  • Two short videos (0-2 mins) focusing on health, education, and livelihoods.
  • One 5–7-minute documentary highlighting the overall impact.

Timeline & Payment:

Urgent Hiring: Programme Manager

Location: Koderma

Project Location: Domchanch block

Position Overview: We are seeking a committed Programme Manager with a background in early childhood care and counselling to lead our programs. The manager will ensure all activities comply with our Child Safeguarding policies and uphold children's rights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide the team in programme implementation and ensure compliance with Child Safeguarding policies.
  • Develop training materials and monthly action plans.
  • Compile team reports and communicate with donors.
  • Coordinate with the finance team for budget and expenditure tracking.
  • Mentor the team on ethical practices and ensure policy adherence.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required. Familiarity with MIS/reporting tools is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in early childhood care and counselling (minimum 1 year).
  • Leadership experience in program management.
  • Strong understanding of Child Safeguarding policies.
