Sritama holds a Bachelor's degree in Rural Studies and Master's degree in Social Work from Visva-Bharati University. Additionally, she completed a Certificate in Tribal Studies from IGNOU in 2023.
Her professional journey includes serving as a Family Counsellor at Mahila Seva Samiti, followed by her current role as a Project Coordinator at Savera Foundation. Sritama also boasts five years of volunteer experience with NSS.
She has participated in workshops such as "Community Led Approach to Child Protection" organized by CINI (Child in Need Institute) and attended NAPSWI WEBISODES on Social Work Education and Profession. Sritama's diverse educational background and hands-on experience reflects her commitment to social welfare and continuous professional development.
